The Ranch sleeps 7 comfortably for your next getaway! This private ranch home offers plenty of space to spread out in. Central air and strong WiFi enable you to comfortably work remotely if needed, with relaxing views on all sides. Enter through the back covered deck or the front of the home. The Ranch guest home offers a comfortable sleeper sofa off the main living area. There is laundry on-site. The newly renovated kitchen offers all new appliances, fully stocked cabinets for all of your cooking needs, and a gorgeous island with extra seating. This bright and open dining area allows everyone to enjoy meals together! The main living area gives additional space to relax with a Smart TV, an additional bed in a sleeper sofa, and access to the outdoor living area. Two bedrooms, located conveniently on either side of a full bath with shower, offer new comfortable queen and full size beds, closets, and TV’s equipped with Fire Sticks. The first-class Master Suite lets you pamper yourself with a new, comfortable king size bed and fabulous ensuite with new tub/shower combo and private toilet combined behind a sliding barn door. Enjoy all of these amenities on one open level of the home!

Guests have access to The Ranch guest home, the patio area, and back deck. This fall, we plan to remodel our barn/indoor arena. Please be patient with ongoing construction and updates around The Ranch. You will only have access to the upper level of the home. There are two entry-way options- both have steps with proper lighting. The home is easily accessed with a keyless entry code given in your check-in instructions. The back deck is a perfect, peaceful spot for your morning coffee and to read a good book- you might occasionally see us harvesting produce from our son’s garden. Cornhole boards are available to use in the deck area. The deck is equipped with gates and railing to keep our guests safe and secure. The gorgeous hot tub offers seating for 6- all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Other Things to NoteAt this time, we are not allowing pets. Also, no smoking is permitted in the home or deck areas. No parties are permitted. This home has been our family home, and with all of the new updates, we want it to stay clean and fresh for all our upcoming guests!Quiet and secluded, The Ranch guest home is the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets on the beautiful, large back deck. The deck is equipped with a gas grill and a gas fire pit seating area, as well as an outdoor dining area. The covered back deck also offers a new six-person hot tub! With nature all around, you will enjoy everything about this serene location and views.You are welcome to the limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, and trash bags which all come with our complimentary starter home kit. Please be prepared to bring any additional supplies you and your group may need. Linens/towels are provided. Also includes Keurig, central air, and enjoy hassle-free key code check-in!

The Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce is made up of over 300 businesses and individuals who together help create and maintain the high standard of living that we enjoy. The Wellsboro Area Chamber of Commerce is involved in business and tourism. We host many events and activities throughout the year including the Susquehannock Trail Performance Rally, the PA State Laurel Festival in June, and Dickens of a Christmas in December. The Chamber is also involved in bringing and keeping business and industry in the area, is involved in Wellsboro's Enhancement Program and has been successful in their efforts to create a historic district. The Historic Walking Tour Brochure, which contains information on several historic buildings within the community, is available at the Chamber office.
