Martha Lloyd Community Services supports people with disabilities to achieve independence and lead a fulfilled life. Headquartered in the town of Troy, Pennsylvania, MLCS has satellite offices located in Mansfield. We offer Residential, Day, Senior, Community Integration, and Life sharing programs across Bradford and Tioga counties. These programs include seventeen community group homes, three adult day service programs, and twelve life sharing homes. Our services are available to individuals with intellectual disabilities who are age 15 and older. All programs are based on the premise that Our Mission Drives Our Decisions.

My Neighbors’ Closet currently provides job training skills to 9 individuals with disabilities to help them prepare for a career in a retail setting. Located at 382 S. Main St. (next to Partners In Progress main office), My Neighbors’ Closet offers new and gently used clothing, houseware, décor, toys, books and more. The store also stocks an assortment of locally made food products including Highland Chocolates, Wilson’s Maple Syrup, Orchowski’s Honey, and more. Helium balloon bouquets are available and the store is a Faxon Cleaners’ dry cleaning pickup/drop off spot and also offers on-site wash and fold laundry services.

Established in 1997, Partners In Progress is a private, not-for-profit corporation and one of the most comprehensive service providers to youth and adults with intellectual and other disabilities in Tioga County.
